At Rodnor, we’re committed to making sure you feel confident and satisfied with every step you take in your BioTrail shoes. If your experience falls short, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items are returned in their original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Returns initiated after the 30-day window


📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@rodnor.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the return request.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide the return instructions and address.

  3. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

📍 Please note: Returns must be sent to our designated return facility in Asia. We will share the exact address once your return is authorized.


🚚 Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost or delayed parcels.

  • Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and carrier.


🎁 Returns on Promotional Bundles

If your order includes a promotional offer (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free), you may return items from the bundle under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the discounted value of the returned item, not the full retail price.

  • Please contact us for clarification before sending any bundled items back.


Late Returns

Items received more than 30 days after the delivery date do not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
