We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand



🕒 Handling & Processing Time

  • Handling Time: Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days after handling.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


🚚 Transit Time

Once shipped, your order should arrive within the following timeframe:

United States 7–14 business days

Note: Transit time applies after your order has been processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using our Track Your Order page.


⚠️ Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or unclaimed deliveries can be reshipped for a flat handling fee.

  • Rodnor™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by address errors.


✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • After this period, your order may already be processing, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

  • To request a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@rodnor.com


📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost (one-time courtesy).

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged) in your email to hello@rodnor.com
