🕒 Handling & Processing Time

Handling Time: Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

Processing Time: Orders are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days after handling.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Transit Time
Once shipped, your order should arrive within the following timeframe:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or unclaimed deliveries can be reshipped for a flat handling fee.

You may change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be processing, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost (one-time courtesy).
To request a replacement:
