Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping times vary by region. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly; we are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If your order has already shipped and requires an address change, a reshipment fee will apply.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Try It Consistently:
    Use OpticReset for at least 5-10 minutes daily for 30 consecutive days as recommended.

  2. Evaluate Your Results:
    Notice whether your eye strain, fatigue, or tension has improved — most users feel results within the first 1–2 weeks.

  3. If You’re Not Satisfied:
    Email hello@rodnor.com within 30 days of delivery.
    We’ll guide you through a quick verification step (a short usage photo or video to confirm the device is in working condition and used correctly).

  4. Return for a Refund:
    Once approved, you may return the product in its original packaging.
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the product.

  5. 📍 Please note: Returns must be sent to our designated return facility in Asia. We will share the exact address once your return is authorized.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items are returned in their original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • damaged items

  • Returns initiated after the 30-day window


Damaged or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged or malfunctioning, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
We’ll send a free replacement immediately — no return required for defective items.
This does not apply to damage caused by drops, water, or misuse.
